After 12 years leading MNP’s BC search practice, Linda co-founded ClearChoice with the goal of bringing together a team of professional and passionate individuals who operated with honesty and integrity and were not satisfied with the status quo. Early on, Linda recognized that relationships are the key to success in the industry; ClearChoice's ongoing relationship with MNP after her departure, proves she walks the talk. AJ learned all about the importance of teamwork through a successful basketball career that started early on and continued through 5 years at Camosun College. It was during that career that he lived the proverbial saying “there is no ‘I’ in teamwork”. AJ excels by possessing a "roll-up-the-sleeves" mentality which allows him to keep searching when others would have settled.
AJ's passion for recruitment comes from the joy of providing value to companies and organizations in ever-changing and unique environments. He loves working with diverse organizations and speaking with passionate owners and managers who are experts in their fields. Prior to joining ClearChoice, Kamalita or "Kam" as she is known, worked within MNP’s Recruitment Consulting division in Winnipeg for over 7 years. Kam takes pride in getting a deep understanding of her client’s unique needs and culture. She specializes in identifying and connecting with top talent in a variety of industries, including Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Construction, and Retail. Kam has a passion for developing lasting relationships with candidates, and loves matching great organizations with talented individuals.
In addition to being a delight to work with, Kam is a personable, diligent, and considerate individual. Prior to joining ClearChoice, Cayce spent 4 years working as licensed legal assistant focusing on criminal and civil litigation, and 2 years as a property manager where he managed a mixed portfolio of commercial facilities and high- and low-density residential properties. Together with a partner, Cayce owns and operates a recreational sports business where he focuses primarily on the financial aspects of the company. His diverse background, innovative thinking, and hard-working personality has helped Cayce become successful in the recruitment industry.
What Cayce says he enjoys most about recruiting is creating “win-win” situations, where candidates advance their careers and organizations receive top-talent. Cayce leverages his business acumen to help him understand the intimate details of the organizations he works with, ensuring he can connect them with candidates that will not only fit their culture and strategy but also possess the proper skill set to thrive in the role.
Cayce is an avid sports player; he plays basketball, soccer, volleyball, and tennis. His non-sports related hobbies include studying Mandarin, playing chess, and travelling; he’s visited 37 countries and counting!
