AJ is a Managing Partner of ClearChoice HR Consulting and works closely with clients in the Executive Search and Professional Recruitment divisions along with managing the business's operational side.

AJ has assisted his diverse clients in hiring many c-level roles including, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and Directors as well as mid-level managers in Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Construction, and Retail.

AJ's passion for recruitment comes from the joy of providing value to companies and organizations in ever-changing and unique environments. He loves working with diverse organizations and speaking with passionate owners and managers who are experts in their fields. Building strong relationships and providing measurable value is what allows him to thrive in this industry and ultimately led to his becoming a founding member of ClearChoice HR Consulting.
