Trained at a well-known international blue-chip specialist recruitment company, Frederick has over 10 years of professional recruitment experience. Originally from the UK, he has enjoyed the last 5 years recruiting and delivering on executive searches in Canada. After working in a Learning & Development team for a specialist recruiter, Frederick has been prominently recruiting for Accounting & Finance across western Canada. In addition, Frederick has had significant experience recruiting in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and retained C-level appointments.
Continuing a successful career in the recruitment agency world, Frederick joined ClearChoice as their vision to provide recruitment and holistic HR services to clients aligned with his own personal values.
