Fred is responsible for managing relationships with a variety of clients he has established over the years. Fred oversees the recruitment process for his clients from end to end, ensuring he delivers the best possible candidates to fill an array of roles including, Chief Financial Officers, Controllers, Finance Managers, HR Managers, and more.

Trained at a well-known international blue-chip specialist recruitment company, Frederick has over 10 years of professional recruitment experience. Originally from the UK, he has enjoyed the last 5 years recruiting and delivering on executive searches in Canada. After working in a Learning & Development team for a specialist recruiter, Frederick has been prominently recruiting for Accounting & Finance across western Canada. In addition, Frederick has had significant experience recruiting in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and retained C-level appointments.

Continuing a successful career in the recruitment agency world, Frederick joined ClearChoice as their vision to provide recruitment and holistic HR services to clients aligned with his own personal values. Having completed his CPHR studies (Chartered Professional in Human Resources), he aims to provide all clients with an educated, highly professional, and consultive "business partnering" approach.
